  1. Address Modification Rules & Deadlines
We support you in changing order information, but please note that to ensure timely delivery, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. Orders exceeding this time limit will be shipped according to the original order information (in-stock products will be shipped within 24-48 hours).
  1. Model/Color Change Process
Address Change
  • Information to be provided: recipient's name, detailed address (including house number), contact phone number, and postal code.
  • Operation Timeliness: Contact customer service within 12 hours after placing an order to submit a new address; otherwise, the order will be shipped according to the original order information (in-stock products will be shipped within 24-48 hours).
  • Order Change Portal
Color/Model Replacement
  • Information to be provided: Original product name/model, target color/model (e.g., "XX Model - Starry Blue").
  • Operation Timeliness: Information submission must be completed within 12 hours; otherwise, the order will be shipped by default according to the original order's color/model (consistent with the address change timeliness).
  • Order Change Portal
  1. Explanation for No Modification After Timeout 
  • All changes need to be reviewed by customer service, and the system will automatically update the order information after the review is approved.
  • Change requests that exceed the time limit cannot be modified. We recommend that you carefully verify the information when submitting the order.
