Order Status

B17 in-stock items typically ship within 2–3 weeks via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight.

Pre-order items will be shipped within the specified delivery window.

Other in-stock products usually ship within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Mixed Order Processing Rule: If you order both in-stock products and pre-ordered items simultaneously, the system will default to unified shipping according to the latest delivery time of the pre-ordered items (unless otherwise specified). If you need separate shipments, please contact customer service within 12 hours after placing the order to make a note, and we will prioritize arranging separate shipment of the in-stock products.
